Tax Asking and County Budget will be Tuesday topics for Van Diest Medical Center Board meeting.

The approval of the 2027 Fiscal Year Tax Asking and County Budget will be discussed at the March meeting of the Van Diest Medical Center Board of Trustees this Tuesday,March 31st at 12 noon in the Family Clinic board room in Webster City. Last Tuesday evening, a large attendance for an informational meeting on the tax asking presented by hospital officials answering questions and comments from those in attendance. The board will review capital requests for the local hospital for the month. There will be an update by Van Diest Medical Center Chief Executive Officer Lisa Ridge, marketing director Lori Foster, chief nursing officer Amy McDonough, human resource director Amy Porter, chief financial officer Ashley Allers and a medical staff update from Dr. Elise Duwe. There will also be a closed session of the board on Tuesday afternoon.
