The members of the Jewell City Council will meet this Monday evening,October 9 at 7:00 in the city council chambers in Jewell. The council will look at the approval of the Team Iowa Snowmobile trail for this winter season, hear a presentation from Rick Young for a kickoff to the planned fundraising of the swimming pool using the acronym SHAPE (South Hamilton Area Pool and Exercise). The Jewell city council Monday will look at hunting with the city limits of Jewell, consider a contract with ISG for a project in Jewell, and receive a sidewalk repair update plus other matters.
