Ellsworth- The next meeting for members of the Ellsworth City Council will be this Tuesday evening, October 27th at 6:00 p.m. in the Ellsworth City Hall. The council will review the historic school repair quotes from Set In Stone Masonry of Elkart, Iowa, a quote from RexCo of Des Moines for a replacement snow pusher, and an update on the Ellsworth water plant. There will be reports from the Ellsworth Community Association, the Ellsworth Library and from Ellsworth Fire and EMS. A Bingo donation request for the Ellsworth History Museum will be considered at Tuesday’s meeting.
In other matters, the Ellsworth City Council Tuesday will review a professional services agreement with WKHS for work on Main Street. A citizen livestock permit exemption review will be discussed. The council will have a public hearing on a proposal to enter into a water revenue loan and disbursement agreement. The Ellsworth City Council will have a closed session with the personnel committee plus other matters.
