Fort Dodge- The Fort Dodge man accused in the shooting outside the Fourth Street Depot early last Saturday morning made his initial court appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court on Monday. 20-year-old Jamarcus L. Gully faces counts of first-degree murder, attempted murder of a peace officer and two counts of attempted murder. Gully was arrested and charged after the shooting outside the bar that left one person dead and two others wounded. Webster County Magistrate Brandy R. Lundy set the bond for Gully at $2 million and issued a strict no-contact order between Gully and the victims or their families. A preliminary hearing for Gully has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8th in Fort Dodge.
