DES MOINES, Ia. — The Roland-Story Norsemen volleyball team returned to the floor on Thursday Night, as they made the trip into the Des Moines metro to take on the Grand View Christian Thunder in Heart of Iowa Conference action at the Grand View Christian Activities Center. The Norse entered at 18-5 and ranked #10 in Class 3A, while the Thunder entered at 5-16.
Roland-Story dominated from the get out on Thursday, drubbing the Thunder in the opening set by a score of 25-5. The Norse continued to dominate, winning the 2nd set by a 25-9 margin, before coasting to a 25-12 win in set 3 and a 2-0 victory.

Roland-Story volleyball returns to action on Monday, when they host their Norsemen Invitational at Roland-Story High School, beginning at 4:30 PM.
