Webster City- The Webster City Hotel Motel Tax Board will meet this Wednesday afternoon, July 29th at 5:30 in the city hall council chambers. The purpose of the meeting is to review the applications for the latest round of hotel motel tax grants for projects and to select finalists for interviews with a date to be set. The Hotel Motel Tax Funds is generated from taxes on motel room stays and is used to support projects and events that enhance tourism and benefit the local economy in Webster City.
