Clarion- Another meeting for the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be this Monday morning, November 2nd at 9:00 a.m. in the downstairs conference room of the Wright County Courthouse in Clarion. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will present an amendment to Secondary Roads Five-Year Plan, an adjustment to Specific Bridge Embargoes and the posting of a new mechanic position in the Equipment Maintenance Facility. An abatement for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Drainage Assessment will be discussed. The supervisors will authorize Wright County Economic Development Director Aaron Budweg to apply for and administer the $30,000 Iowa Rural Development Council Business Initiative Grant on behalf of Wright County retail businesses and commercial districts. There will be a closed session of the Wright County Board of Supervisors to discuss strategy and terms regarding the potential purchase or sale of particular real estate located in the Wright County Agribusiness Park near Eagle Grove. There will also be a drainage trustee meeting this Monday.
