Terry “Biggsy” Eugene Biggs, 73, of Webster City died Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Van Diest Medical Center.Friends and family are invited to a memorial service to honor Terry at Foster Funeral & Cremation Center on Tuesday, July 28th at 2:00 PM. Following the service, guests are invited to share stories, food and drink at the American Legion, 726 2nd St, Webster City from approximately 2:45 PM – 5:00 PM
