Clarion-The next meeting of the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be held this (Monday) morning at 9:00 in the courthouse basement board room in Clarion. The Supervisors will meet with Jay LeFevre of First Gabrielson Agency to present the ICAP property and casualty renewal for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year. There will be the review, the approval and to authorize the Wright County Economic Development (WCED) Department and Director Aaron Budweg to apply for and administer the Fiscal Year 2027 EPA Brownfields Coalition Assessment Grant.
In another matter, the Wright County Supervisors will discuss and take possible action to approve an Exclusive Sales Listing Agreement with CRBE, Incorporated for the marketing and sale of the Wright County Ag Industrial Park site near Eagle Grove at a commission rate of 6 percent of the gross sales price, authorizing the Board Chairperson to execute the said agreement and further authorizing the WCED Director to manage the day-to-day operational decisions, marketing approvals and ancillary project expenses related to the real estate offering. There will also be the consideration of the Fiscal Year 2027 fuel bids plus other matters. There will also be a drainage trustee meeting at Monday’s meeting.
