Stratford- A lengthy discussion was held on Monday evening at the Stratford City Council meeting concerning the Building Families grant. Stratford Early Learning Center director Katie Kinsella, along with Doug Follman who is a volunteer for the Hamilton County Childcare Coalition and Mckinley Bailey were present to request funding.
