ELDORA, Ia. — The Eagle Grove Eagles boys track and field team returned to action on Friday evening, as they made the trip to Hardin County to compete in the Clary Invite at South Hardin High School. The Eagles were joined by the host Tigers, as well as AGWSR, Boone, Gilbert and South Tama.
Eagle Grove placed 2nd with a total of 117 points and crowned a number of winners on Friday. Felix Reyes won the 3200m run in a time of 11:36.59, as Leelan Spencer won the 100m dash in a time of 11.33 seconds. Spencer followed up by winning the 200m dash in a time of 23.43 seconds, before Hunter Waldo Martinez scored the final win of the night, winning the 1600m run in a time of 5:13.25.
