Debra Flowers, 69, of Stratford formerly of Des Moines passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at her daughter’s home in Stratford. No services will be taking place at this time. A private family burial will be held at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel at a later time, where Debra will be buried with her husband.
