Virginia Nulle, 83, of Webster City died Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Mercy One Hospital in Des Moines. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 20, 2026 at Graceland Cemetery. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with caring for Fred and his family.
