Webster City- A public hearing to certify the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget for the City of Webster City will be on this Monday evening’s agenda of the Webster City City Council. Meeting time is set for 6:00 p.m. in the city council chambers. There will be a resolution to adopt the 2026-27 Operating Budget and Certification of City Taxes for the fiscal year ending June 30,2027 for the City of Webster City. The first reading of an ordinance pertaining to parking within the corporate limits will be looked at by the council. A resolution authorizing the additional work for the Fiscal Year 2026 HMA (Hot Mixed Asphalt) Improvements Project.
In other matters on Monday, the council will consider a Development Proposal with Origin Homes, approve a resolution supporting the submission of an Iowa Economic Development (IEDA) Application to the Workforce Housing Tax Credit Program by Wilson Estates LLC and consider a motion to request approval to Solicit Bids for Mowing and Snow Removal Services and authorize the award for it plus other matters.
