Ellsworth City Council to meet this Monday evening at 6:00 p.m.

The next meeting of the Ellsworth City Council is set for this (Monday) evening, April 13th at 6:00 in the city hall of Ellsworth. The agenda includes a resolution to set the date for a hearing on the proposal to enter into a General Obligation Water Improvement Loan and Disbursement Agreement and to borrow money thereunder in a Principal Amount not to exceed $1,000,000. A resolution awarding a contact for the 200,000-gallon elevated water storage tank project will be reviewed. The council will set April 22nd for the Iowa State University Comp Plan luncheon, review complaints regarding the weather siren, discuss the inventory of trees and to set the public hearing for the 2025-26 Fiscal Year Budget Amendment of Ellsworth plus other matters that may come before the council.
