This Monday, March 30th will bring two special meetings for the South Hamilton Community School Board. Both meetings will be held in the junior/senior high board room in Jewell. The first meeting will be with the South Hamilton Education Association at 4:00 p.m with their proposal for the 2026-27 school year followed by the South Hamilton School Board’s counter proposal to the association. Negotiations will be taking place between both sides at a time to be announced. The second meeting this Monday will be the presentation of the South Hamilton district’s proposed tax levy for the 2027 Fiscal Year and the public hearing. The hearing begins at 6:00 p.m.
