Webster City-A presentation on the Rail Port Executive Summary for Webster City will be a part of this Monday evening’s meeting of the Webster City City Council. The council will also look at a resolution establishing fees for services beginning this Monday, October 5th. A request from the Webster City Fire Department to purchase a Chevrolet 3500 Wildland Grass Fire truck will be considered. Resolutions authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute an amendment with Snyder and Associates On-Call Street Paving Specialist to provide professional services for the Hillcrest Drive Improvements Project. There will be the first reading on No Parking Zones and on the Minimum Rental Housing Code for Webster City. In other matters this Monday evening, the Webster City City Council will consider the request from the High School National Honor Society for a Parade Permit for Homecoming this Friday, October 9th at 1:30 p.m. A request from SPARK WC to block off Seneca Street between 1st and 2nd Streets has been changed this Thursday evening, October 8th from 5 until 8 p.m. due to the weather for a Bonfire Street party.
The Webster City City Council will meet in closed session to discuss the purchase or sale particular real estate in the city.
