Stanhope- A new Stanhope City Council member will be announced at the Tuesday evening meeting of the council beginning at 6:00 in the Stanhope Community Center. The new member will succeed Mindy Hetland who resigned earlier this year. Stanhope City Council members will discuss water tower interior painting by Viking Industrial Painting. Plans for the Trunk or Treat and Trick of Treat by Envision Stanhope will be announced plus other matters that may come before council members on Tuesday evening, September 15th.
