Jewell- The next meeting of the Jewell City Council will be this Monday evening, August 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Jewell City Hall. Plans for an adult football league will be presented before the council. There will be a financial report presentation by the Jewell Fire and Rescue Department. Nuisance abatements for three properties in Jewell will be reviewed. A mandated water service issue will be presented to the council.
In other matters, there will be a look at trail repair work on the Jewellsworth trail, the approval a REAP Grant to be submitted to the state, CAT grant review and approval for submission for the trail from Jewell to Little Wall Lake and an update from Jewell Public Works and other matters that will be presented to the Jewell City Council
