Richard Williams (Dick), 85, of Blairsburg, Iowa, died on July 15, 2026, surrounded by his family. Boman Funeral Home of Webster City is overseeing the arrangements. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 20 at 2:00 pm at the United Church of Christ in Blairsburg. A dessert buffet will follow the funeral at the church. Burial will then take place at the Blairsburg Cemetery
