Webster City-The Enhance Hamilton County Foundation is pleased to announce the establishment of the All Cultures Equal Legacy Fund, a new charitable fund created to continue supporting the mission of celebrating diversity, fostering community connections, and improving language access and community integration throughout Hamilton County.
Established by the leadership of All Cultures Equal as the organization concludes its operations, the new fund will provide grant support to charitable organizations and programs in Hamilton County that carry forward the important work of helping individuals and families access information, resources, and opportunities within the community.
Grant funding from the All Cultures Equal Legacy Fund may be used to support English and Spanish language education, translation and interpretation services, and other programs that reduce language barriers, improve access to community resources, and promote successful participation in community life.
“All Cultures Equal has made a meaningful impact in Hamilton County by helping people feel welcomed, connected, and supported,” said Darcy Swon, Director of the Enhance Hamilton County Foundation. “While the organization is concluding its work, the mission continues. This new fund ensures donors can continue investing in programs that reduce language barriers, strengthen community connections, and help individuals and families more fully participate in community life.”
The Foundation will begin accepting grant applications from eligible organizations, schools, and community partners interested in carrying forward the mission of All Cultures Equal later this year. Information about the grant process will be released soon.
Individuals, families, businesses, and organizations can continue supporting the mission of All Cultures Equal through tax-deductible charitable gifts. Contributions may be made by cash, check, online donation, gifts of appreciated stock, IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), donor-advised funds, planned gifts, and other charitable giving strategies.
