Webster City weather for June was near normal for both temperatures and precipitation.

Webster City- Weather records for the month of June in Webster City brought both near normal precipitation and temperatures. Webster City’s average high for June was at 80 degrees for the month just wrapped up with the average low at 58 degrees.  The lowest recorded temperature for June was set the morning of June 14th with a low of 47 degrees.  Webster City’s warmest day for the month was Monday’s high of 92 degrees. It was the first time this year that Webster City experienced a high above 90 degrees since last September 13th. The normal high temperature is at 80 degrees for June.

As for precipitation, Webster City ended June with nearly 5 inches of rainfall. The total for the month ending at 4.98 inches just about average for June. The only weather event for the month was the morning of June 17th when a wind speed of 76 miles per hour measured at the Webster City airport. There were reports of tree branches blown over and structural damage to a few residences.

The National Weather Service for Iowa predicts it will be a tossup for weather conditions in July.  Equal chances for both precipitation and temperatures are in the forecast for the new month. Last July in Webster City, the average high was 83 degrees with the average low of 63 degrees. There was 10.11 inches of rainfall measured in July,2025 for Webster City.
