Vicki Severe, 73, of Webster City died Friday, June 19, 2026 at Crestview Nursing & Rehabilitation. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25th at Community Church of Kamrar. Visitation will be prior to the service starting at 12:00 p.m. at the church. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with caring for Vicki and her family.
