Hamilton County Board of Supervisors to meet Tuesday morning for their regular board session at 9:00 a.m.

Webster City-A lengthy agenda for the Hamilton County Board of Supervisors set for this Tuesday morning, June 23rd at 9:00 in the downstairs conference room of the Hamilton County Courthouse. Tuesday’s meeting will include the approval of various contracts and agreements. They include a catering agreement with Briggs Woods Conference Center, a Supplemental Design Agreement for the Williams Overpass project, review the Policy Guidance Memorandum for Hamilton County Secondary Roads, consider the Fiscal Year 2027 Library Contract, approve and to authorize an engineer to sign a bridge replacement contract and approve a contract with Solutions for the county’s computers. The Hamilton County Supervisors will review personnel matters with hirings, resignations and a change of status.

A public hearing on Hamilton County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan will be a part of Tuesday’s meeting with the adoption of the plan to follow.

In other matters at Tuesday’s meeting, the board will consider two resolutions for bank authorizations, consider a resolution for the C and C Turkey addition, approve various appropriations and to appoint a medical examiner investigator and a weed commissioner.

There will also be updates by supervisors Mary Clausen, April Ely and Rick Young, and from various department heads.
