GRAND JUNCTION, Ia. — The Webster City Lynx girls golf team returned to action on Tuesday afternoon, as they made the trip down to Greene County to take on the Greene County Rams in a non-con meet at The Hill Golf Course in Grand Junction.
Webster City would come up short against the Rams, as the Lynx shot a 223 (+79) compared to Greene County’s 208 (+64). Full meet results weren’t available for the Lynx, but Alleyna Dawson was the top scorer for the Lynx, placing 3rd with a 49 (+13).
Webster City girls golf returns to action on Thursday, when they compete in a North Central Conference tri meet at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge with St. Edmond and Charles City, beginning at 4:30 PM.
