A two-vehicle accident was investigated late Thursday morning at Grove and Division Streets. Webster City Police reported a southbound 2011 model Chevrolet Equinox SUV operated by Cynthia Tolle of Woolstock ran the stop sign and struck an eastbound 2010 model Kia Rio driven by Cole Nohrenberg of Webster City.Tolle was transported to Van Diest Medical Center for treatment . Both the Tolle and Nohrenberg vehicles were totaled in Thursday’s accident. Investigating officer Ryan Basinger cited Cyntha Tolle with Failure to Obey a Stop Sign and Yield the Right of Way.
