Kilian Welch, 9-year-old of Webster City received his angel wings Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Van Diest Medical Center following a sudden medical complication. A visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center. A kid-friendly Celebration of Life surrounded by friends, family, and classmates will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 12, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Foster Funeral and Cremation Center of Webster City is in  charge of arrangements
