The Eagle Grove Eagles boys and girls golf teams returned to action on Friday afternoon, as they hosted a Top of Iowa Conference tri-meet at Eagle Grove Golf Course. Joining the Eagles were TOIW foes Lake Mills and Belmond-Klemme.
Eagle Grove’s boys would place 3rd in the meet with a team score of 203 (+59), individual scores were not posted on Bound as of Monday morning. Lake Mills was the meet champion with a 158 (+14), while Belmond-Klemme was 2nd with a score of 170 (+36).
The Eagle Grove girls would place 2nd in their meet, with a team score of 231 (+87). Their individual scores were not posted on Bound as of Monday morning. Lake Mills was also the team champion with a score of 217 (+73), while Belmond-Klemme placed 3rd with a score of 240 (+96).
Eagle Grove’s boys and girls return to action on Thursday, when they compete in another Top of Iowa Conference tri-meet at Spring Valley Golf Course in Algona, hosted by Bishop Garrigan.
