The Roland-Story Norsemen boys golf team returned to action on Thursday afternoon, as they hosted a home tri-meet at River Bend Golf Course in Story City. The Norsemen were joined by Colo-NESCO and Saydel.
Roland-Story would win the meet with a team score of 169 (+25). The top golfer for the Norsemen was Braylen Loots, who shot a 41 (+5), followed up Jack Birkland and Nels Hanson shooting 42’s (+6) each. Hayden Eslick rounded out the scoring by shooting a 44 (+8). Hayden Janssen and Dylan Gustafson would also shoot 44’s to round out the varsity lineup.
Colo-NESCO would shoot a 189, while Saydel shot a 207 to round out action. Roland-Story returns to action on Friday, when they host Ogden for a dual meet at River Bend Golf Course.
