Proposals for curb recycling in Williams will be on this Monday evening’s city council agenda at the Williams Public Library starting at 6:00 p.m. The council will discuss a proposed tree ordinance for Williams, review an urban fowl ordinance, consider a request for free use of the Williams Community Center for the Wayne Greufe Celebration, and approve a generator donation with Williams Bulk Transfer plus other maaters before the Williams city council.
