The August meeting of the Webster City Community School Board will be this Monday evening, August 14 at 6:00 at the school administration office at 720 Des Moines Street. Monday’s meeting will include the consideration of fund raising requests coming from the girls softball and soccer teams, the local FFA chapter, and for high school athletics. The board will consider a three year audit proposal from Nolte Cornman and Johnson of Newton, make an amendment to the 2023-24 school calendar and various personnel matters. There will also be a report from Webster City school superintendent Matt Berninghaus and from the school board on preparations for the start of the school year in just under two weeks.
