The South Hamilton Community School Board will meet this Monday evening,June 12 at 6:00 in the junior/senior high school board room for their regular monthly meeting. The agenda includes the renewal of the district’s insurance policy with Specialty Underwriters LLC, approve the continuation of a sharing agreement with the Roland-Story school district for a human resources position and approve a cooperative teaching agreement with Iowa State University. The South Hamilton school board will take a look at school fundraisers, approve a resolution to transfer the cost of protective equipment from the General Fund to the Activity Fund, extend the Anderson Erickson Milk bid, approve the purchase of the 7 through 12 grade social studies and math curriculums, consider the recommendations from the school improvement advisory committee, and review personnel matters. There will also be updates by superintendent Heather Holm and from the board at Monday’s South Hamilton board meeting.
