The Roland-Story Norsemen girls golf team made the trip down to Lake Panorama in Guthrie County on Monday afternoon, to compete in the Lake Panorama Invitational at Lake Panorama National Golf Course. The Norsemen were joined by the hosts in Panorama, as well as Des Moines Christian, Carroll Kuemper, Earlham and Woodward-Granger.
Roland-Story would win with a team score of 186, nearly 40 points lower than 2nd-place Woodward-Granger. Makenna Carlson was the meet champion, shooting a 40 (+4), while Brinley Carlson was 2nd with a 41 (+5). Gabriella Wakefield would shoot a 52 (+16), while Eva Corcoran would shoot a 53 (+17) to round out the varsity lineup.
