Wright County Board of Supervisors to meet Monday morning,October 31.

When the Wright County Board of Supervisors meet this Monday morning, October 31 at 9:00 a.m., there will be a meeting with county treasurer Peggy Schluttenhofer on a 28-E Agreement with the Iowa Department of Transportation  for the driver license station. Wright County Veterans Affair director Chris Oliver will talk about Operation Green Light to show support for Veterans. A resolution to support Operation Green Light will be reviewed. Representatives from the city of Rowan will discuss the demolition  of the former library building on Monday. County engineer Adam Clemons will discuss the hirining of a new employee for patrol operator in the Eagle Grove Maintenance Facility and new employee for a truck driver  at the Clarion Maintenance Facility, consider adding Tiffon Pohlman as an authorized representative to the Wright County Engineer’s Office credit cards for administrative purposes and a secondary road update. The Wright County Supervisors will meet in a closed session to discuss matters in litigation or where litigation is imminent. Monday’s meeting will be held in the basement board room of the courthouse in Clarion.
