The Roland-Story Norsemen girls golf team returned to action on Monday evening as they hosted a triangular at River Bend Golf Course in Story City. The Norse were joined by the Van Meter Bulldogs and the Nevada Cubs.
From the start, the Norsemen took advantage and ran with it, as sophomore Makenna Carlson placed 2nd with a score of 43, while teammate Ellie Erickson finished in 3rd with a score of 46. Gabriella Wakefield and Mersadie Franklin rounded out the Norsemen lineup with scores of 52 and 53, respectively.
Roland-Story won the meet with a score of 194, as Van Meter placed 2nd with a score of 205, and Nevada placed 3rd with a score of 212.
