The August Seniors and Law Enforcement Together (SALT) meeting will be held Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Stanhope Community Center in Stanhope.
Refreshments will be served, and Van Diest Medical Center personnel will provide free blood pressure checks. The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. with announcements from local law enforcement and officials from area agencies, and upcoming events from around Hamilton County.
The program will be presented by Bill Greenley of Webster City who will share about his safari trip to Botswana earlier this year. Greenley and his wife Josi, toured the Okavango Delta and will share stories and photos of the trip.
S.A.L.T. meetings are free and open to the public. The meetings are held bi-monthly at locations throughout Hamilton County.
