Ethel Baker, 86, of Webster City died Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, followed by burial at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, 2026. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is caring for Ethel and her family.
