Webster City-Another meeting for the Webster City City Council is set for this Monday evening, June 15th at 6:00 p.m. in the city hall council chambers.Three public hearings will be a part of the Monday council meeting. The first hearing is for the approval of a proposed development agreement with Edible Garden Prairie Hills LLC in the former Kenco Warehouse on Des Moines Street. The second hearing regards an SRF Environmental Review for Webster City Waste Water Treatment Plant improvements. The third hearing is to amend the Fiscal Year 2026 Webster City City Budget that ends this June 30th. A resolution authorizing the City Manager to use an additional $250,000 for PCC Pavement Patching by TK Concrete. The council will set the date of Monday,July 6th at 6:05 p.m. for a public hearing to amend Chapter 50 of the Code of Ordinances for the city of Webster City. A resolution to authorize and execute Fire Protection Services Agreement between the City of Webster City and Freedom Township in Hamilton County will be reviewed plus other matters before the city council. There will also be a closed session of the council to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate in Webster City.
