Kamrar- The June meeting of the Hamilton County Solid Waste Commission will be this Wednesday evening,June 10th at 7:00 in the landfill station meeting room northwest of Kamrar. Wednesday’s agenda issues include the approval of the landfill station budget for 2026-27 beginning on July 1st, 2026. There will be the consideration of employee wages for the next fiscal year, approve an amendment of the 2025-2026 Budget for Concrete, and a review of quotes for the landfill well removal work. The commission this evening will consider the approval of an amended Landfill Use Agreement with the North Central Iowa Regional Solid Waste Agency plus other matters.
