Webster City-A Dows man was sentenced this week in Hamilton County District Court for charges brought against him earlier this year following a traffic stop in Hamilton County. 68-year-old Jeffry Dean Fieseler pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years in prison each on 4 counts of violation of sex offender registry or subsequent with the sentenced to run concurrently. Last January 9th, Fieseler was charged with multiple sex offender registry violations following the traffic stop on Interstate 35. During the stop, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputies said that Fiesler willingly complied with a sex offender compliance check due to his current registered status. During that check, a Hamilton County Deputy discovered an unregistered email account on his cellular phone. The charges include four counts of Sexual Offender Registration Violation , the Purchase/Possess Depiction of a minor in a sex act,and the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
