Patricia Rose Ludwig, age 91, of Webster City, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at Vista Woods Care Center in Ottumwa. A celebration of Pat’s life will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Community Hall in Agency, Iowa. She will be laid to rest along with her husband at Bethlehem Cemetery near Floris, Iowa immediately following the celebration of life. Memorials donations may be made to the family in memory of Pat and may be sent to Peggy Heemsbergen, 346 Farrington, Agency, IA 52530.
