There will be a special meeting of the Hamilton County Conservation Board this (Monday) morning, March 2nd at the Briggs Woods Conservation office south of Webster City. There will be a work session at 8:30 a.m. to discuss a job description, requirements, duties and pay scale for a park ranger position within the department. A board meeting will then follow at 9:30 to begin the posting for the job description, pay and benefits for a park ranger position. Former park ranger announced last week Zach Wesselink resigned his position to become a member of the Polk County Sheriff’s Department as a sheriff’s deputy.
