The second meeting of the month for the Jewell City Council is set for Monday evening, February 23rd at 7:00 in the Jewell City Hall. Monday’s meeting will include the appointment of a new city council member. A report from the Jewell JADE committee and consider a budget request will be discussed. The renting of an event at the Jewell City Park will be presented to the council for approval. In other matters, the council will set the date for the Jewell spring garage sale and clean-up days. There will be a property tax budget review and set a meeting on property tax for Jewell for March 23rd plus other matters.
