Even though this Monday will be Presidents’ Day, the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be in session in the Wright County courthouse basement board room in Clarion. The board will take action on authorizing Aaron Budweg to submit an application to the Wright County Charitable Foundation to formally request funds to serve as the exclusive local match for the 2027 Heart of Iowa Regional Housing Trust Fund cycle. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will discuss with the board the secondary roads organizational structure and a secondary road update. There will also be a drainage trustee update plus other matters that may come before the board. Monday’s meeting will be video streamed live on the Wright County website at www.wrightcounty.iowa.gov
