Fort Dodge Police are investigating a report of a stabbing Sunday night. Authorities were notified shortly before 8 p.m. of a male who had been stabbed at 915 Third Avenue North. When officers arrived, they located a male with a stab wound to the abdomen. The officers rendered aid to the male until Fort Dodge Fire crews arrived on the scene and took over. The male was transported to Unity Point Trinity Regional Medical Center by ambulance. The condition of the victim was unknown. Fort Dodge Police continue with the investigation in the stabbing incident.
