The Helpful Place is coming to Webster City. Officials with Bernau Capital Management Company plans to open an Ace Hardware store on Wednesday. The store will be located in the former True Value location at 541 Second Street. The True Value store closed its location earlier this month. The addition of Ace Hardware will be a welcome addition to Webster City. Plans call for the Ace Hardware store to be open sometime in May or in June. Webster City officials have been working with the Bernau Capital Management firm in getting Ace to come to Webster City and will be a great fit for the downtown, The store will have its own general manager and staff. Ace Hardware officials will be coming to Webster City in the coming days to inspect the 541 Second Street and advertising for employees for the new store.
