A meeting of the Wilson Brewer Park and Depot Foundation will be this Wednesday evening, January 21st at 6:30 p.m. in the depot basement on Superior Street. The Wednesday agenda will include the election of officers for 2026, the plans for the Easter Egg Hunt set for March 28th from 10 until 12 noon, the promotion of membership for a countywide historical organization known as the “Friends of Wilson Brewer Park”. Updates on the Depot Deck project, items for the courthouse at Wilson Brewer Park, the setting of hours for the Depot Museum for 2026 and a status on the restoration of the Illinois Central caboose. There will also be updates on grants for the Wilson Brewer Park plus other matters.
