South Hamilton High School is in the midst of their weeklong observance of Winterfest with theme days through Friday. The Winterfest Queen and King contestants were announced late last week. The contestants for queen area Olivia Beanue, Sydney Gelder, Claire Hewitt, Karlie Hill and Ava Williams. For king, the contestants this year are Jose Babcock, Brody Harris, Sam Koehnk, Clark Streight and Gaige Willis. The coronation ceremony for Winterfest is set for 7:00 Tuesday evening in the school auditorium in Jewell.
