The election of a chairperson, vice-chairperson, and secretary for 2026 will be a part of this (evening’s) meeting of the Webster City Planning and Zoning Commission. The meeting will be held in the Webster City city council chambers at 6:00 p.m. The commission will discuss to make recommendations to the Webster City city council regarding a potential amendment to the R-3 zoning district to allow commercial personal services as a permitted use. There will also be commission and staff comments at the meeting.
