The first meeting of the new year for the Wright County Board of Supervisors will be this Friday morning, January 2nd at 9:00 a.m. in the downstairs courthouse board room in Clarion. The board will appoint the Board of Supervisors Chairman and Chairman Pro-Tem for 2026. The Wright County Fair Board will give their annual update on Friday. A review and act on the health rates for 2027 will be reviewed by the board for the 2027 fiscal year will be on the agenda. Wright County Engineer Adam Clemons will present to the board the 28-E Agreement between the City of Clarion and Wright County for county road maintenance inside the corporate limits of the City of Clarion. There will also be a secondary roads update.
